CAUSES OF DIABETES Mellitus 1 and 2
DIABETES 1 AND 2
Diabetes Mellitus 1
In this type of diabetes, the beta cells fail to produce insulin. Due to the low level of insulin, the body the level of glucose increased in the body which is the main cause of diabetes mellitus.
Diabetes Mellitus 2
In this type of diabetes, the body fails to utilize insulin. Due to improper use of insulin, the level of glucose decreased in the body which is the main cause of diabetes mellitus.
CAUSES OF DIABETES MELLITUS
It is indicated by the study conducted by that Obesity and diabetes are major causes of morbidity and mortality in the United States. Obesity and weight gain, both are associated with an increased risk of diabetes among the people. The impairment of pancreatic β cell function notably shows progression over time in type 2 diabetes. Although aging, obesity, insufficient energy consumption, alcohol drinking, smoking, etc are independent risk factors of the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Over eating, Smoking, increase in alcohol intake, disorders of nervous and endocrine systems, increase in cortisol, abnormality in sex hormone secretion, lowered energy consumption due to a lack of exercise and Genetic factors such as aging can cause diabetes mellitus(DM). According to Factors such as aging, obesity, insufficient consumption of energy, smoking and alcohol drinking etc play important role in pathogenesis of type I or II diabetes mellitus.
Complication Of Diabetes Mellitus Elevated glucose level for a long time, causes serious complications such as dysfunction, and failure of different organs, especially the eyes, kidneys, nerves, heart, and blood vessels etc. Long term or irreversible complication due to diabetes mellitus is abnormality in eyes with complete loss of vision, impaired functioning of the kidney, nerve damage of peripheral region with end organ damage, abnormality in the autonomic nervous system causing abnormal functioning of gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract and also cardiovascular system.
A patient infected with diabetes are also at increased risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular, peripheral arterial, and cerebrovascular disease. Hypertension and abnormalities of lipoprotein metabolism are often found in people with diabetes According to life expectancy may decrease among the people of diabetes. Due to diabetes, many of our generation lead to death every year. Diabetes may cause different health problems such as disorders of the eyes, kidneys, nerves, and circulatory system.
Management Of Diabetes Mellitus According to without knowing about the diagnosis of a disease we cannot manage a disease. In the case of diabetes mellitus we have to control the glucose level not only but also considered the other associated risk factor such as smoking, hyperlipidemias, obesity, as well as blood pressure. The author further stated that Management of diabetes mellitus requires a deep concentration means without the coordination between nurse and another member of health care team, management of the disease is not possible. Awareness about diabetes of his or her family member plays a vital role in the management of diabetes mellitus. Because without awareness patient cannot take the medicine regularly. A person with diabetes mellitus should be encouraged and enable to participate actively in management and monitoring their condition.

Results and Discussion
After studying the previous research studies it was found out by the researcher that weight gain and obesity are the main causes of diabetes mellitus. Such emerging concept was supported by by indicating that the main causes of diabetes mellitus are weight gain and obesity. They further explained that abnormities of beta cells of the pancreas are also included in the top listed causes of diabetes mellitus. It was also drawn by the present study that Patient affected by diabetes is also an increased risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular, peripheral arterial, and cerebrovascular disease.
Hypertension and abnormalities of lipoprotein metabolism are often found in people with diabetes. The result of the study conducted by shows that diabetes mellitus caused a lot of problems such as loss of vision, nephropathy, neuropathy, end organ damage etc.
The present review study shows that diabetes mellitus is a life threatening problem and its needs proper care and management. Lack of proper care and management of diabetes mellitus may lead a person towards death. Such result also drew by that lack of proper care and management of diabetes may lead a person toward death.
Conclusion
Based on findings the researcher arrived at the conclusion that diabetes is a serious problem having a very great effect on the overall functioning of the body parts. It was also concluded by the researcher that weight gain, obesity, and abnormalities of beta cells of the pancreas may cause diabetes mellitus among the masses. The present research study also indicates that proper care and management can be eradicated the disease from the society.
